As a premiere provider of domestic and international transportation and freight distribution services for its commercial customers, Port Milwaukee makes available contract opportunies when improvements or repairs to Port-owned infrastructure are needed.

Port Milwaukee and the Board of Harbor Commissioners are committed to the equitable and inclusive participation of all companies seeking contract opportunities at the Port. Unless specified within a particular contract bid or RFP and/or granted a particular waiver by the City of Milwaukee, the Port seeks Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation of 25 percent on all contracts. In accordance with Chapter 370 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, SBE participants must be certified by the City of Milwaukee's Office of Equity and Inclusion.
